Sulla spalla è chiaramente visibile il logo di Playboy e altre scritte codificate (come "Porn Star Bar"). Questo colloca il soggetto in un contesto di edonismo e intrattenimento per adulti.
In un contrasto scioccante con il tatuaggio e la catena al collo, la donna indossa un ciondolo a forma di rosario. Questo accostamento tra sacro e profano è il cuore pulsante del messaggio provocatorio del quadro. La fede e il desiderio coesistono sulla stessa pelle.
